Netlabs XMLTools binary distribution v0.1

All libraries except rexxuni.dll require Libc 0.6.1 ( not shipped )

at http://wiki.netlabs.org/index.php/xmltools you can find build instructions.

when using rexx, the following lib is very usefull:

- libxml2-2.6.23.os2.zip        xmlsoft.org OS/2 port of libxml2, including
                                headers and libraries
- libxslt-1.1.15.os2.zip        xmlsoft.org OS/2 port of libxslt, including
                                headers and libraries
- rexxxml.zip                   Patrick T.J. McPhee XML Rexx library ported
                                to OS/2, including docs and samples
- xmltools.zip                  just the DLL's of above packages as a runtime
